When I joined the Insignia team, they had just launched new branding. However, they didn't have a strong online or social media presence. That's where I stepped in. I developed unified content, voice, and strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest). Every platform has grown in engagement and following in the time I've been there, most notably LinkedIn and Pinterest. Our strategy has grown and changed over time to leverage the different algorithms and post types (static or video) on each platform to best serve our marketing needs. I've worked with the sales team to generate sales materials as well that aid in the selling journey to further round out the Insignia voice such as lookbooks, one-pagers, case studies, and email campaigns.
